Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns for all items, and these must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer and this will not be refunded with the cost of the item. All items are inspected upon return, and any refunds will be processed by us within 48 hours of your item arriving back with us. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All returned items must be in re-saleable condition or these goods will remain your property and will be made available for you or your chosen courier to collect at your convenience. We do not accept items with underpaid postage so please ensure that you pay sufficient postage for the return to be delivered. Failing to re-use the original packaging may result in damage during transit. We recommend that you return your items using a tracked delivery service. 

Damaged or faulty items

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit or is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion, replace any damaged or faulty goods, or refund the amount paid for the product, if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. 

Please use the contact form on our website, or send an email to hello@kube3d.co.uk, including your name, address and order number and an explanation of the damage or fault. We require photographs of the damage or fault to be able to process the return, including images of packaging, internal and external. We may contact you for further information on your claim, or to notify you as to how the problem will be resolved.

Cancelling before dispatch

Please use the contact form on our website, or send an email to hello@kube3d.co.uk, including your name, address and order number if you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. All items are made to order and once production has started, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, this can not be cancelled. At this stage, you must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the returns procedure. 

Undelivered Items

In the unlikely event that your item cannot be delivered, and you do not collect it from your local depot in the required time, your order will be returned to sender. At this point, we have two options:
  • Your order can be re-dispatched – customer pays an extra delivery fee.
  • Your order can be refunded, minus the original postage cost.
